Need assets while the event is still live? Same-day highlight selects can be added for press releases, social posts, sponsor updates, and executive recaps. Same-day selects are quoted as an add-on based on event size and editing requirements.
Backup and Multi-Room Coverage
Your event is planned and led directly by Richard. For larger events, multi-room programs, or simultaneous sessions, vetted second shooters and backup coverage can be coordinated in advance. Richard remains the lead contact and creative lead on every booking.
Commercial Usage Included
Every corporate event package includes commercial usage for web, social, PR, internal communications, sales decks, sponsor reports, and post-event marketing. Extended broadcast rights, third-party resale, large-format paid print campaigns, and paid media beyond the originally scoped campaign can be added when needed.
Conference Coverage Pricing
Conference coverage starts at $350/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Most conferences book half-day or full-day coverage, with photo + video combos common for keynote-heavy programs. Multi-day conferences are quoted per event.
All packages include pre-event consultation, professional editing, online gallery and download link, delivery within agreed turnaround, and travel within the Las Vegas metro area. Standard commercial usage is included. Multi-day conferences, same-day select delivery, and extended licensing are quoted per event.

We recommend booking four to six weeks before your conference, especially during peak Las Vegas convention season. For multi-day events or shows requiring multiple photographers, earlier is better — popular venues book up quickly and we want to lock in the right crew size for your schedule.
