Individual executive sessions start at $395. Team sessions are priced by headcount, and conference or event headshot booths are priced by booth length. Visit our Pricing page for full rates or contact us for a custom quote.
Either works. Most corporate clients prefer on-location at their office or venue so the team isn't pulled away for travel. We bring a complete portable studio: lighting, backdrop, and posing setup. A studio option is also available on request.
Individual Executive sessions include three retouched finals. Individual Premium includes six. Team sessions include one retouched final per person by default, with additional finals available as an add-on.
Solid colors, fitted (not loose) cuts, and minimal busy patterns photograph best. We send a one-page wardrobe guide before every session, and if you want consistent styling across a team, we can advise on a simple shared dress code.
Yes. Our Conference and Event Headshot Booth is a staffed on-site station that runs alongside your event. Attendees step up, get directed through a look or two, and get their portrait delivered on the spot through a lead-capture gallery. Available as a half-day or full-day booth, common at sponsor activations, conferences, and large company offsites.
Standard turnaround is 5 business days from your selection. Rush 48-hour delivery is available as an add-on for time-sensitive launches, hires, or press needs.
Yes. Team sessions start with a base rate for up to 10 people, add a per-person rate up to 25, and move to a custom quote beyond that. If your team grows continuously, a Content Retainer is often a better fit. See our Retainers page.
