RDNZ Media Delivery Timelines
Full edited photo galleries arrive within one to two weeks. Professional editing and online gallery delivery are included. Video delivery timelines are agreed per project; Photo + Video Event Media includes a two-minute recap video.
Same-day photo selects are included in Photo + Video Event Media. Standard photography coverage can add them, subject to availability, for $600 day one and $400 each additional day. The typical target is 20–30 curated images, not a guaranteed count. Confirm priority subjects and delivery timing during planning.
Multi-day and complex programs receive a custom proposal covering crew, deliverables, and the delivery schedule. Rolling deliveries must be scoped in that proposal.
