CES 2027 Photography FAQs
Yes. Photo + Video Event Media includes same-day selects, and Standard Event Coverage can add them when available: a curated set delivered while the show is running so your press release, social posts, and investor updates go out with real booth photography instead of renders. The full edited gallery follows within one to two weeks.
Both. Booth-only coverage fits teams focused on product and social content. Full coverage adds press conferences, media tours, executive meetings, and any off-floor activations you are running around the show. Most exhibitors book a mix, scheduled day by day.
Full edited galleries are delivered within one to two weeks. Same-day selects are included in Photo + Video Event Media, with a typical target of 20–30 curated images. Standard Event Coverage can add same-day photo delivery when available.
In most cases we are credentialed through your exhibitor badge allotment, and we follow the published photography policy for the hall. We handle the coordination details with your team ahead of the show.
Standard commercial usage is included at no additional charge with every package: marketing, social, web, sales materials, and press. Extended or perpetual licensing is available as an add-on if your legal team needs it.
